Where Has PFAS Contamination Been Found?

Over the last five years, as health and environmental experts have begun measuring PFAS in drinking water supplies, they have located eight wells where the levels found have exceeded the recommended standard of the Environmental Protection Agency.  Here are the locations, as well as further information, about each of these sites:

The EPA recommended standard for PFAS in drinking water, set in 201?, is 70.  While this federal agency has been slow to set a legally enforceable standard, some states have moved ahead to set much stricter standards, such as New Jersey and California.
